Owned and operated by biologist and Captain Eli Tate, the tours blend thrilling adventure with ecological education. Combining a fast boat ride through majestic scenery with close-up encounters with gators, eagles, and critters, Eli is sure to thrill even the most seasoned outdoorsman. His custom, Coast Guard–certified boat is fast yet safe and quiet, designed with a canopy top to provide comfort and protection for all guests. Tours last 90 minutes, beginning in the moss-draped Blue Elbow Swamp, crossing over the Sabine River, and ending in the “No Man’s Land.” Swamp and River Tours provides the perfect adventure and team building for any occasion, group, and organization.
