Randal Belshe turned a need into a business when he opened Southern Mobile Home & RV Supply in 1980. Growing up around a familyrun business and living in a mobile home, Randal noticed the difficulty in finding repair parts. Starting in a 12’x20’ building, demand quickly grew. Within six months, he expanded to a 1,200-square-foot location in Sulphur and later purchased the Sulphur location in 1986, adding RV parts. In 1998, the Lake Charles store opened in a 20,000-square-foot shopping center on 3620 Gerstner Memorial Boulevard. A BBB-accredited business with an A+ rating since 1982, Southern Mobile Home & RV Supply has earned numerous industry awards. They support local organizations like Abraham’s Tent, Care Help of Sulphur, and the Salvation Army Christmas Family, as well as youth sports and rodeo associations. Offering parts for manufactured homes and RVs—from doors, windows, plumbing, and electrical components to roof air-conditioners and hitches— the knowledgeable team ensures customers always receive top-notch service and support.
