Owners Cody and Hayleigh Simmons opened their Lake Charles showroom with a mission: to provide families with quality, affordable homes backed by honesty, transparency, and expert guidance. For Cody, it’s more than a business, it’s a legacy. A thirdgeneration mobile-home installer, he began hauling units at just 15 years old and opened his own company by 24. With Hayleigh’s attention to detail and Cody’s lifetime of hands-on knowledge, the couple has created a business that makes homeownership easier, faster, and more personal. From land acquisition and site prep to appliance packages and move-in ready installs, LA Manufactured Homes offers full-service, turnkey support. Their homes—ranging from single- to triple-wide—are fully customizable and built to withstand Gulf Coast storms. As Cody puts it, “We make sure every homeowner is informed.” The company’s dedication goes beyond building houses. Each winter, the Lake Charles showroom transforms into a hub of giving, raffling off food baskets and gift cards to families in need. They also support local schools and sponsor youth sports teams across the region.
