Owner Jamy LeBlanc, a Lake Charles native with a lifelong love for cooking, proudly carries on his family’s tradition at Big Daddy’s Sports Grill. After his uncle retired, Jamy purchased the restaurant to keep it in the family and continue serving the community he loves. Known for home-cooked Cajun food and fresh seafood, Big Daddy’s has earned multiple awards, including Best Burger, Best Onion Rings, Best Gumbo, and Jamy’s own 1st place win for Best Brisket in Lake Charles. The restaurant is a proud supporter of local schools, McNeese athletics, and numerous charities—donating meals, gift cards, and sponsorships to uplift the community. At Big Daddy’s, guests are welcomed like family, whether they’re longtime regulars stopping in for their daily meal or first-time visitors discovering local favorites.
